Trust CAs using the supplied configuration
Inspect the configuration
Use only a profile provided through a trusted deployment channel; inspect its contents and issuer before approving.
Open Profiles
The source uses System Preferences → Profiles. The location may differ on newer macOS versions.
Select the profile
Select GoPaperless Agent Cert, inspect its details and choose Install only for the assigned configuration.
Confirm
Choose Install again and authenticate locally when requested. Never send your computer password to support.
Check
Compare the CAs added to Keychain with the supplied configuration; stop real signing if anything is unexpected.

Sign in and perform a first test
- Open Agent and use the sign-in method enabled for your account.
- Check the certificate subject and its availability in the signing application.
- Sign a non-sensitive test document and inspect the output and signature.
- Successful sign-in does not replace consent for an individual signing request.
When the application or certificate is missing
- Check whether the supplied package supports your OS and CPU.
- Check account status, certificate provisioning and trust configuration.
- Contact IT with the OS and application versions, error and time. Do not install arbitrary CAs as a workaround.
