Mobile-ID publishes Personal Information Privacy Policy v2.0, effective 8 July 2026. Read the source for processing purposes, rights, retention and request channels.

Documentation website behavior

  • Search and the API simulator run on the device; the demo does not perform cryptographic validation or require real documents.
  • The Company form opens an email application; the website has no server submission. Email is sent only when you send it there.
  • Agent downloads and external sources open the respective service, require Internet access and follow its applicable policy.
  • The offline package contains no analytics or tracking integration; review the deployed hosting configuration separately.

Data-related requests

Use the request channel stated in the official policy. Include only information needed to identify the service and request; exclude passwords, PINs, private keys and sensitive documents from demos.
